SMART VALOR is a Swiss company, operating a full-service digital asset exchange for trading, custody, staking and issuance. Registered and fully regulated in Liechtenstein, we serve the European, Asian and South American markets. SMART VALOR was founded in 2017 out of Thomson Reuters Incubator and is supported by the Swiss government via the Innosuisse program.
Due to regulatory requirements, only Identification cards, passports and driver’s licenses with holograms are accepted. Unfortunately, no paper ID cards can be accepted.
The trading competition will run from July 09th to 11:59 PM UTC July 18th 2021.
Only users who register here are eligible to claim any rewards from the Battle for ADA competition.
The minimum trading volume for entering the promotion is $15,000.
Only the first 100 participants with the highest trading volume will get rewarded.
The trading volume of every participant will be made publicly available along with the username defined by the participant on the registration form.
The volume tracker will be updated daily until July 17th, and three times a day on July 18th & 19th.
Both brokerage and crypto-crypto trading amount count as part of the trading volume. Note: Brokerage refers to direct purchases of cryptocurrency on the platform using fiat money.
Final rewards will be calculated, based on the ADA closing price on July 18th.
The rewards will be paid in Cardano (ADA).
All rewards will be paid out within 5 business days following the end of the event.
The exchange rate is calculated daily at 12 PM UTC according to the prices on the SMART VALOR exchange.
Users can only have 1 SMART VALOR account. Having multiple accounts is strictly forbidden!
SMART VALOR reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behaviour at any time.
SMART VALOR reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of participation of any event at any time.

An expert in technology, Oliver has a strong background in managing large scale technology projects in the financial sector. With over 12 years of experience building custom software products and solutions for multiple industries, Thomas Co-founded and was Head of IT at BeeZero, the Linde Group’s hydrogen-powered car initiative in Germany. Prior to this Thomas was the co-founder and Managing Partner of software development company Tekaris and a senior IT consultant for enterprise application integration.
Olga Feldmeier is an entrepreneur and a thought leader focusing on the intersection between financial technology and blockchain. Prior to founding SMART VALOR, Olga held the position of the Commercial Managing Partner at Xapo, one of the first global Bitcoin custodians. In 2015 she enabled the first Bitcoin license in Switzerland and with that started to write the history of the Swiss Crypto Valley, today one of the largest blockchain hubs worldwide.
Markus Rinderer is a serial entrepreneur and experienced executive manager with an outstanding track record in building and working with software companies within the financial services, mobile, banking, and payments sectors. Markus is well known for co-founding PAY.ON, the global market-leading multi-channel payment enabler for PSPs, ISOs, Acquirers, and Merchants.

An entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for cryptocurrencies, Zsolt has over 10 years of experience as a Finance and Accounting leader, mostly at Intel Corp. He was an advisor at a start-up acquired by Rollbar, founded an online marketplace guided by the Founder’s Institute and opened the 4th Subway restaurant in Budapest. He graduated with distinction from both McGill University, Montreal (bachelor’s) and CEU, Budapest (MBA).
Jean-Baptiste Zufferey was a member of the FINMA board of directors 2009-2014. Prior to that he was one of the leading experts developing the modern financial market infrastructure regulation as the president of the expert group "Supervision of Financial Markets" 1998 - 2000 and a vice-president of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission between 2001-2008. Today Jean-Baptiste is a professor at the University Fribourg teaching financial market regulation.
